Student Access
Students can view and access their eBill by logging into their MyHeliotrope account, selecting the “Student Accounts” button, and then “View my Semester eBill.”

Parent and Proxy Access to Student Accounts
Parents, guardians, and others responsible for paying bills must be assigned Proxy Access by students and marked as Authorized Users in the TouchNet third-party payment system.
Students may also assign a Passphrase when granting Proxy Access, which allows proxies to speak with Student Financial Services staff on the student’s behalf.
