This group includes all direct reports from across campus who are not directors of Teaching Units but are leaders that play a critical role in accomplishing the mission of the institution. Focusing on annual planning that facilitates academic year operations. An especially important function of this group is the dissemination of critical information and data to create transparency across areas. Agendas will be a mix of topics, ranging from updates on short term goals to clarifying deadlines to longer range issues like strategic planning, reaccreditation, assessment, etc…

The focus of this work group is to facilitate the coordination of Academic Affairs planning, assessment, personnel matters, and other related operational work.
