The Internal Control Committee is made up of members from various departments plus the Internal Control Officer (ICO) who serves as the committee chairperson. The members serve in an advisory capacity to the ICO and as Internal Control contacts for their respective functional areas.

The Committee provides input throughout the year and provides feedback to the ICO.
