Advisory Board Mission Statement

The role of the Student-Alumni Advisory Board is to advise the Office for Global Education on all aspects of international education at Purchase College with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion for our U.S.-based students studying abroad as well as international students who are enrolled at Purchase. We recognize the implicit and explicit bias that accompanies international and intercultural encounters, and our mission is to offer a diverse set of student perspectives to the Office for Global Education to ensure that the student experience is equitable, inclusive and accessible.
