MCC Space Reservation
The Multicultural Center at Purchase College can be reserved by members of the campus community for events, speakers, meetings, projects, exhibits, displays, and conversations.
- All space reservations must be made through RoomBook. Use your Purchase credentials to log in.
- If you cannot access RoomBook, please email, call, or stop by the Center.
- Please allow 3 (three) or more business days lead time for all space requests.
- If organizers anticipate needing to set-up and break-down, please allot for this time in RoomBook.
- In addition to RoomBook, all organizers must fill out this form to reserve the MCC.
- Space requests are not confirmed until organizers have received a confirmation email from MCC staff.
- Event organizers must request specific technological or furniture needs by completing a work order.
- By reserving the MCC, the organizer agrees to all terms and conditions of using the space. Future space reservations are contingent on adherence to the rules of the Center.
Marketing note: Having an event in the MCC does not mean that you are co-sponsoring or collaborating with the Multicultural Center. All potential co-sponsorships must be discussed and confirmed with MCC staff. Although you may list the MCC as a location for your event, please do not list that the MCC is hosting. Please follow all rules and regulations regarding posting signs, posters, and flyers on university property.
