Commencement will take place at the Westchester County Center: 198 Central Avenue, White Plains, NY 10606
Seating
Seating is available after 10:30am on a first-come, first-serve basis (tickets are required).

Processional
The Commencement processional will begin at 12:30pm.
The Commencement ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00pm and should end by 3:30pm.
Tickets
Graduates receive (2) tickets with their Commencement Fee. Each graduate can also buy an additional (3) tickets for $10/each.
For students who need more than the (5) tickets allotted, we have a wait list. Any remaining tickets will be sold during Senior Week.
Tickets go on sale after April 15.
Guests without tickets will not be admitted.
Hotel Options for Families
Photography and Live Streaming
A photograph will be taken of the graduating seniors as they receive their diploma cover. Proofs and order cards will be mailed to their home address; you are not obliged to buy these photographs.
Commencement will be broadcast live on the web. Those wishing to view Commencement online can go to www.purchase.edu/live to be brought directly to the webcast. They can also go to the Purchase College homepage (www.purchase.edu) and click on “Live” located below the links on the left side of the page. (This “Live” link is not currently there, but it will be there by Commencement day).
Parking and Shuttle Options
On Campus
Free parking is available on the Purchase College campus, with shuttle buses running to the Westchester County Center starting at 9:00am.
On-campus shuttle stops include:
- Campus Center North
- Campus Center South (Lincoln Avenue)
Shuttles will run continuously, with the final departure from Purchase College at 11:00am.
Return shuttle service from the Westchester County Center will also run continuously, with the last pick-up at 5:00pm.
Westchester County Center
Graduates may request one (1) free parking pass for the County Center when picking up their tickets.
For vehicles without a parking pass, parking at the County Center costs $15 per car.
Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
