- NYS to amend subdivisions 103-b and 20 to the State Technology Law which will specify that all state agencies comply with the latest WCAG standards.
- The White House Memorandum for Guidance on Strengthening Digital Accessibility and the Management of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Office of Management and Budget Press Release on Digital Accessibility Guidance to Ensure All Americans Have Ability to Access Critical Government Resources. 12/21/23
