Program Learning Outcomes

Graduates of this program will demonstrate:

  1. Integrate organizational design, social accountability, and global competence to support creative economies and cultural institutions.
  2. Apply adaptive leadership skills related to human resources, organizational accountability and transparency, strategic planning and assessment, ethical reasoning, and issues of legality.
  3. Synthesize theory and research methods to advance creative innovation and venture building, and address issues affecting arts and culture globally.
  4. Employ marketing techniques, feasibility analyses, and contemporary media to engage diverse audiences.
  5. Apply finance and business planning principles to fundraising and start-up capital formation in both commercial and nonprofit sectors.
