Step 1: Submit your completed application
Note: Completed applications must be received by deadlines above to be considered.

*Students with under 24 credits must request for official high school transcripts, SAT, ACT, and/or GED scores.
Step 3: Submit the Supplemental Form. See the Supplemental Form for guidelines. Letters of recommendation are optional.
